What’s included in a standard cleaning vs. a deep cleaning?
Our Signature Clean covers the main areas of your home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and entryway. We follow a detailed checklist so you can expect a consistent clean each visit. If your home needs some extra attention, our Haus Reset Deep Clean goes a step further with things like cleaning inside the fridge and oven, scrubbing backsplashes and grout, wiping baseboards, light switches, and vents, and vacuuming under furniture. It’s a great option for a first-time clean, a seasonal refresh, or getting your home ready for a special occasion. We also offer add-ons such as inside cabinet cleaning, laundry, and blind cleaning if there’s anything else you’d like us to take care of.
Do you offer eco-friendly or green cleaning products?
Yes, we do. Eco-friendly cleaning products are available upon request, though there maybe a surcharge. If you prefer us to use greener products in your home, just mention it when you book your cleaning and we’ll make sure the team is prepared.
Booking & Scheduling

Do I need to sign a contract or commit to recurring service?
Not at all. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments required. You can book us for a one-time cleaning whenever you need it, or choose a recurring schedule if you’d like regular help keeping your home clean. It’s completely up to you and what works best for your household.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we just ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Can I book a same-day or emergency cleaning?
We may be able to accommodate same-day or short-notice cleaning depending on our team’s availability. If you need a cleaning as soon as possible, reach out to us and let us know what you need. We’ll check the schedule and do our best to fit you in.
Pricing & Payments

How much does a cleaning cost?
Our cleaning services start at $150, but the final price will depend on your home and the type of cleaning you need. We consider things like the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, its current condition, and whether you’re booking a Signature Clean, Haus Reset Deep Clean, or additional services. Since every home is different, we provide a customized quote so you know exactly what to expect before your cleaning.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service, so you don’t have to worry about providing anything. If there’s a specific product you’d like us to use—or avoid—just let us know ahead of time and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. We’re happy to clean homes with pets. Just let us know about your pets when you book so our team knows what to expect when they arrive. This also helps us plan the cleaning properly and take any special instructions you may have into account.

Yes. Every member of our cleaning team is background-checked and fully insured. We know that inviting someone into your home requires trust, so we take the screening of our team seriously. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident every time a ModernHaus cleaner comes into your home.
